The present study is part of the implementation of the ANCR project in Togo, one of the components of which is the carrying out of assessment studies on the implementation of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs). It allows Togo to identify capacity building needs in relation to the implementation of MEAs in general and in particular in the field of biological diversity management.
