This document is aimed at all services and actors involved in sustainable environmental management and who should be systematically involved in this new GAIE (Management based on environmental impact) approach. This instrument is designed to advocate for the responsible ministry (the ministry in charge of the environment and forest resources), the statistical services concerned here as well as for development partners to be more involved in the process of ownership and dissemination of the methods and techniques of the system of environmental monitoring and evaluation of public environmental policies in Togo (PPE).
